[PRQ#48952] Deletion Request for automake-1.11

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for automake-1.11 [2]: Proposal to delete this legacy version from 2012, as nothing on AUR requires it. This is also not a drop-in replacement of core repo's automake, so it shouldn't have had the provides=automake field.
