[PRQ#74536] Merge Request for dict-wn

envolution [1] filed a request to merge dict-wn [2] into wordnet [3]: wordnet base has package wordnet-common providing the same dictd wordnet files that this package is designed to provide. I've confirmed that the wn.index file is identical to what wordnet-common provides.
