[PRQ#45343] Deletion Request for mpd-light-pulse

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mpd-light-pulse [2]: Outdated mpd variant package from 2019. Asked former maintainer of they still need it, and they responded with a no, and disowned it.
