[PRQ#52056] Merge Request for modsecurity2

marcool04 [1] filed a request to merge modsecurity2 [2] into libmodsecurity2 [3]: Following discussion with Marcell (MarsSeed) concerning the modsecurity-git package, I propose to rename the modsecurity2 package to libmodsecurity2 to more closely match the naming policy of the "extra" repo package.
