[aur-requests] [PRQ#23997] Orphan Request for python-geopandas

PumpkinCheshire [1] filed an orphan request for python-geopandas [2]: This package has error on check() before and problem on sha256sum. Also it has not been updated for a while. I am currently using this package and I am maintaining some package related to this one. So I may want to adopt this package and update it.
