[PRQ#51496] Orphan Request for pyinstaller

HurricanePootis [1] filed an orphan request for pyinstaller [2]: Package maintainer uses an automated system to update their packages, and it broke for pyinstaller since version 5.13.0—pyinstaller is now on 6.2.0. Therefore, this package should be orphaned as the maintainer is not actively maintaining it, and potentially their other packages as well.
