[aur-requests] [PRQ#35599] Deletion Request for urssus

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for urssus [2]: Orphaned Python 2 application. Last update on PyPI was in 2009. 'PyQt-based RSS news aggregator'. Such is not needed in the form of a deprecated app, because there are several good and up-to-date alternatives. This one is based on the EOL Qt4. I suggest it's better to delete.
