[PRQ#67008] Deletion Request for florence

SunRed [1] filed a deletion request for florence [2]: Upstream is not maintained for 10 years already and package does not compile anymore. With lack of Wayland support and better alternatives for an on-screen keyboard out there anyway, it would be for the best to remove this package.
