[aur-requests] [PRQ#2991] Deletion Request for ratox

urras [1] filed a deletion request for ratox [2]: Old snapshot of Ratox uses the old API, and will not compile against current version of Toxcore. Also, there will be no more snapshot releases of Ratox until Toxcore is in Beta, which isn't expected for some months.
