[PRQ#59306] Deletion Request for xputty-git

redtide [1] filed a deletion request for xputty-git [2]: As said by MarkSeed this package should be renamed and change a dependency. But other than that it was meant to be a static library to be used for self contained LV2 audio plugins, and now also using a custom build that depends by a custom build system.
