[PRQ#49694] Deletion Request for python2-pyttsx

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-pyttsx [2]: Unused Python2 package, last released in 2012. [a] It's a frontend for espeak, whose espeak-ng fork is in repo. But this package even fails to link to that. It is not useful to keep on AUR. There are many alternatives, and even this module has many newer forks on PyPI.
