[PRQ#50963] Deletion Request for ffmpeg063-static

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ffmpeg063-static [2]: Unbuildable old ffmpeg with not quite Arch package guideline conformant pkgname. But safe to delete: only the unused legacy qdvdauthor depends on it, which hasn't received any user comment since 2020, and which I've submitted for deletion (PRQ#50962).
