[PRQ#42754] Deletion Request for chicken-xft

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for chicken-xft [2]: Broken chicken4 based package from 2015; does not declare its sources. Not needed: its only dependent, mowedline{,-git} has not been ported to chicken 5 and is discontinued since 2018 (and pending deletion via separate request).
