[PRQ#62090] Deletion Request for pencil2d-mypaint-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pencil2d-mypaint-git [2]: Broken, obsolete package The feature branch used by this fork package has been abandoned by the fork creator since May 2023. [a] Also this fails to build from source. At this point, it might be enough to keep only the vanilla AUR/pencil2d-git [b] package, which builds directly from upstream's latest commits from their master branch, and which works fine.
