[PRQ#45984] Deletion Request for kvpm

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kvpm [2]: Discontinued LVM and GNU Parted frontend for KDE4, from 2016. [a] Has been broken for years, as it does not support the current version of lvm2. I recommend deletions, as there are better, newer, working alternatives.
