[PRQ#61629] Deletion Request for rustic-git Accepted

Request #61629 has been Accepted by Antiz [1]: Both upstream and the maintainer of this PKGBUILD (which are the same person) feels inactive, no vote/popularity, wrong/problematic conflict.
