[PRQ#40773] Orphan Request for uptime-kuma

bgh [1] filed an orphan request for uptime-kuma [2]: Package is falling behind latest upstream releases. Contacted maintainer via email who initially indicated they would be happy to give authority on this package, as they don't use it anymore. Attempts to follow up with them over the last week or so after linking information on adding co-maintainers and/or disowning packages have been unsuccessful.
