[PRQ#74027] Merge Request for miru-hayase-bin

Lili1228 [1] filed a request to merge miru-hayase-bin [2] into miru- bin [3]: Upstream posted a new prerelease version with a different name in April, miru-hayase-bin AUR package was created mid-May, now the rebranded product is stable and miru-bin (that should be renamed to hayase-bin) updated to that version.
