[PRQ#55069] Merge Request for panda3d-runtime

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge panda3d-runtime [2] into panda3d [3]: 'panda3d-runtime' is a broken, abandoned package from 2015. It was a reduced-footprint build, but is not useful to keep as is. The much newer, up-to-date AUR/panda3d contains the full runtime, as well as some SDK components. Only that package has AUR reverse dependencies, and it is actively maintained. Also, upstream seems to be in the process of removing the modular '-- runtime' build option altogether in favor of a unified library suite: master branch has already removed support for that.
