[aur-requests] [PRQ#33854] Deletion Request for lib32-http-parser

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-http-parser [2]: I suggest this lib32 package is not needed. Its only dependent is lib32-libgit2, a linkable git library for use by other binaries. Nothing 32-bit on AUR depends on that, and it's not kept actively up-to-date, so I've submitted a deletion request for that as well. Therefore this is safe to delete if lib32-libgit2 gets deleted.
