[aur-requests] [PRQ#19731] Orphan Request for powershell-bin

damentz [1] filed an orphan request for powershell-bin [2]: Maintainer is not responding to out of date flags. If possible I'd prefer just being a comaintainer since I can bump the versions up easily until the maintainer gets back.
