[PRQ#51724] Deletion Request for gadmin-rsync

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gadmin-rsync [2]: Broken third-party GNOME2 GUI based backup client frontend to rsync. All maintenance stopped in 2016. Upstream website gone (address not found). This also does not support current desktop security best practices of running only non-root GUI apps that can invoke elevated privileges as needed, e.g. via PolKit. Rather, this one would need the deprecated gksu (discontinued since 2018) to run its full GUI app with superuser credentials. Not useful to keep and try to fix, as there are much better and currently maintained alternatives, in Arch repo as well as on AUR.
