[PRQ#64018] Orphan Request for libindi-gpsd

lehel_x [1] filed an orphan request for libindi-gpsd [2]: Please accept this request, as these packages have to be maintained in sync with the libindi package. Having one year old content in these forces users to maintain their own local builds, which is cumbersome, and I am willing to take resposibility for these packages, as I am interested in keeping an arch linux based astronomy stack on my raspberry and laptop.
