[PRQ#39729] Deletion Request for hylafax

mat_weiss [1] filed a deletion request for hylafax [2]: There is no package maintainer to contact. In this state (hylafax 6.0.7-4, date: 1/9/2023) the package cannot be used with the official package "libtiff4.5.0-1". Either a similar patch is applied, which has been included in hylafaxplus since date 6/1/2023 (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/hylafaxplus) or a changed libtiff version is included directly in the package.
