[PRQ#47528] Deletion Request for freetds-patched-enum

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for freetds-patched-enum [2]: Proposal to delete this outdated, modded variant of repo's freetds, from 2022-06. The latter has received 8 point release updates since that time. There is no evidence of user interest since years. So I think it would be safe to drop this from AUR.
