[PRQ#64727] Orphan Request for etherpad-lite

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for etherpad-lite [2]: @julianuu reported service start failure due to packaging error in comment on 2024-07-09. Also the package has been flagged OOD for upstream update on 2024-08-20. None of these have been addressed so far by current maintainer.
