[PRQ#41493] Deletion Request for fftw-quad

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for fftw-quad [2]: As per last comment, made by alex.shpilkin on 2020-02-01 22:01 (CET): " Since version 3.3.8-2, the quadruple-precision libraries are included in extra/fftw, so this package is no longer necessary (and in fact conflicts with fftw).
