[PRQ#62179] Deletion Request for casperjs-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for casperjs-git [2]: Dead, discontinued by upstream since 2018, repo archived. [a] Not viable to keep, as it crashes upon execution with nodejs TypeErrors. Plus the runtime selftest fails with tons of errors. Seems like this is not compatible with current nodejs.
