[aur-requests] [PRQ#20207] Merge Request for hsa-ext-rocr

acxz [1] filed a request to merge hsa-ext-rocr [2] into hsa-ext-rocr- bin [3]: This package pulls from a debian package and untars it, as such the rocm-arch group created a proper hsa-ext-rocr-bin package base for it. We would like this package to be merged into the newly created and properly named hsa-ext-rocr-bin. Thank you.
