[aur-requests] [PRQ#31787] Deletion Request for mingw-w64-ladspa-sdk

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-ladspa-sdk [2]: Outdated for almost 2 years, safe to delete, as only needed by 1 outdated AUR package which is not used by anything. Don't think anyone needs these unmaintained build files for cross-compiling to Microsoft Windows platform. Set up a complete toolchain locally if you really want to.
