[PRQ#46096] Deletion Request for perl-javascript-v8

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-javascript-v8 [2]: Orphan Perl module from 2016, flagged OOD since 2019. While it's true that there's an update on CPAN, it seems there is no interest in this on AUR: 0 comments or votes, and nothing depends on this. I recommend deletion.
