[PRQ#44878] Deletion Request for python-steamodd

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-steamodd [2]: Orphan dual Python2/Python3 package from 2018, with the python2 subpackage broken. Only the deprecated steamfootbridge-git depends on it, which is unneeded nowadays and has been discontinued since 2017, and pending deletion (PRQ#44877).
