[aur-requests] [PRQ#15696] Deletion Request for upm

replbot [1] filed a deletion request for upm [2]: At Repl.it <https://repl.it/> we're developing a tool named UPM <https://github.com/replit/upm> which we'd like to distribute on the major package repositories. Since the 'upm' project currently on AUR looks pretty much dead and unused, we'd like to request a deletion so that we can publish under the name.
