MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for neap-hotkey [2]: Orphaned, last updated in 2015. Fork of neap, an X11 'systray workspace pager' (whatever it means). Upstream project discontinued in 2015; this fork was abandoned in 2014. Therefore there is no use for this package anymore. Safe to delete; nothing depends on it.
