[PRQ#48758] Merge Request for bruno-electron-bin

dejay [1] filed a request to merge bruno-electron-bin [2] into bruno- electron [3]: I made a mistake in naming this package as it is my first submission to the AUR. I now know that since this PKGBUILD actually builds the app it's not considered a -bin and I'd love to showcase this with a rename. Thank you!
