I am not treating this as a legal issue.

I am not requesting the aur team to prevent anything from happening.

My request was directed at the maintainer.

Igor, thank you for your interest in my apps, I'd like you to consider my request again. I won't insist further.

I will make the warning more explicit and inform users of the risk they face.
