[PRQ#50281] Deletion Request for lynx-bootstrap

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lynx-bootstrap [2]: Cleanup after dropping the broken, unused lynx-desktop (PRQ#50274). Also PKGBUILD uses cp instead of install inside package(), and doesn't set the proper ownership and access permissions.
