[PRQ#49740] Deletion Request for cosmic-applibrary

yochananmarqos [1] filed a deletion request for cosmic-applibrary [2]: There is no release. This should have been a VCS package. The Cosmic DE is in alpha stage. soloturn has told me he only checks his email once every two months. That's not acceptable for maintaining AUR packages.
