[aur-requests] [PRQ#17435] Merge Request for python-alpha-vantage

TrialnError [1] filed a request to merge python-alpha-vantage [2] into python-alpha_vantage [3]: Curios case. This package got maintained by the same person who uploaded 2019 python-alpha_vantage... And dropped both.
