[PRQ#61039] Deletion Request for aurvote

andreas_baumann [1] filed a deletion request for aurvote [2]: I think, it's best people switch to aurvote-utils. And delete this package here. Tried to fix aurvote, but this thing is really shell/curl-ish and I cannot get a login request to AUR working.
