[aur-requests] [PRQ#10420] Orphan Request for bcc

Joaking [1] filed a orphan request for bcc [2]: This is out of date, it's in version 0.3.0 and now is available v0.5.0. Furthermore, the new maintainer adopted it and don't fix any of the problems of this pkgbuild(he didn't commit nothing).
