xiota [1] filed a deletion request for tangram-bin [2]: Orphaned package, not updated since 2021. Out of date since 2022. Name confusion with extra/tangram. Has general packaging issues. No evidence of active users. Should be deleted for now. May be recreated with fixes under a different name if someone is interested in keeping it updated.
