I'm updating even in minor versions. What happened is that recently I ran out of time to test the new versions and make changes (if necessary).

toruno [1] filed an orphan request for blender-lts-bin [2]:

Someone needs to actually maintain this instead of version bumping it
whenever a major release happens. Those minor patches are important.
