[PRQ#45384] Deletion Request for libvirt-apparmor

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libvirt-apparmor [2]: Abandoned, orphaned variant of extra/libvirt from 2019. Last user comment from 2021-01 mentions packaging issues which prevents build in clean environment. I recommend deletion, as there seems to be no interest in maintaining this, and it's not useful to keep as is.
