[aur-requests] [PRQ#19115] Merge Request for ttnctl-bin

jflake [1] filed a request to merge ttnctl-bin [2] into ttnctl [3]: Hi, of course I checked for existence of ttnctl in AUR before creating an own PKGBUILD, but for some reason, I didn't find ttnctl-bin. Now I've uploaded an additional ttnctl, your PKGBUILD looks better, despite it is outdated and the user needs to download the gpg key manually. Should we merge? Should I adopt ttnctl-bin?
