Not sure I understand this TBH. They're separate repositories and I don't see why updating to newer commits in one necessitates rebuilding the kernel at the same time. The other package does not do anything substantial with merging the together, it even installs them as a separate split package which neither depends on, nor is depended on by, the actual linux-bcachefs-git package. I'm fairly positive this is the wrong technical solution, they should be separate packages. That being said, this package should be named -git, since it builds from git and there is no stable tagged release. -- Eli Schwartz Bug Wrangler and Trusted User
