[PRQ#45531] Deletion Request for hdfview-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for hdfview-git [2]: Abandoned VCS package from 2019, tracking the old, discontinued project repo which hasn't been updated for 2 years. But seems no one noticed: 0 comments, and there are also no votes. It is not useful to keep this package in its current state. Owner does not update their packages for the last 2-3 years (maybe with the exception of one or two).
