[PRQ#73635] Orphan Request for nbfc-linux

braph [1] filed an orphan request for nbfc-linux [2]: I am the developer of NBFC-Linux. This package has not been updated in nearly a year, and a new version is available. I am willing to actively maintain this package. The new version is required for graphical user interfaces built on top of NBFC-Linux, which I also plan to maintain.
