[PRQ#44377] Deletion Request for asp-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for asp-git [2]: Abandoned VCS package for repo's asp. Broken for 15 months. But it is not really useful to keep a VCS package, since upstream seems not to leave unreleased commits on the master branch.
