[aur-requests] [PRQ#35645] Deletion Request for python2-topia.termextract

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-topia.termextract [2]: I suggest to delete this, as it's discontinued in 2009, so it has a high chance of not working with Python 2.7, as well as because Arch has dropped python2-pip last autumn so its dependency, python2-zope-interface cannot be built.
